State of War – Surge Reverse

We all have the upmost respect for those who serve in our armed forces and for those who serve overseas in harm’s way. They deserve special respect and benefits since they are the only ones who stand between us and those who wish to do us harm. Now with Veterans Day now past, we have another unique opportunity to act and put our words into action.

We possibly have three times as many service personnel and support people out of the country the last few years. From 200,000 deployed for almost eight years from in the 1990’s and early 2000’s s to maybe up to 600,000.  But judging from recent pronouncements by the President and the mood of the country there seems to be a new development. They are coming home. A reverse surge if you will. That I think most would also agree is the good news. But to really honor our service people who have survived and sacrificed, we are the ones that now need to do them a service. We need to help them with the many  problems that have been plaguing our veterans on their return.

Unemployment for veterans is at least two percent higher than for nonveterans. Twenty percent of returning veterans have symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and PTSD raises the risk of domestic abuse. Prescription drug abuse has soared and suicide deaths have outnumbered combat deaths in the last two years. And 10 percent of our state prison population and a total prison estimate of 140,000 people in 2004 reported prior service in the U.S. Armed  Forces. On any given night there are 131,000 veteran who are homeless. Even one-third of children who have parent deployed in a war zone are at higher risk for psychological problems and a new study says violence more common among kids of combat veterans. And that includes the daughters.  But it’s the youngest soldiers that pay the heaviest price. Nearly one-third of the U.S. troop deaths in Iraq were those aged 18 to 21. Young male veterans aged 18 to 24 who served during Gulf War era II had an unemployment rate of 21.9 percent in 2010.

It seems clear that not one group or institution could handle these problems all by themselves. We are now all going to have to pitch in to make sure they all have a soft landing. I cannot think of any many adjustments bigger than coming  from an environment where there is violence to one where there isn’t. We can never know what they went through and I’m sure they don’t want us to go through it and find out. And those of us in the Southern States may have even a bigger  burden of helping veterans since the tradition of military service in the South has continued since 2001. In my home state of Kentucky we alone might have upward to over 10,000 service people deployed.

Even if you are vehemently against the wars or the rules of engagement do not automatic assume that those prerogatives are included in a soldiers job description  once they has enlisted, taken an oath and received compensation. They often have to wait for the ballot box like the rest of us. If there are failed policies, militaries are quite often victims of them too and sometimes take the brunt of the consequences.

If we want America and its forces to continue to be strong, and we want America to continue to become more peaceful, then I think it is time for all of us to do our service personnel a service and now give then the special attention and consideration they deserve in areas big and small. Not only for those at the tip of the spear of our armed forces but also for those who make up the body of the spear too for all those who serve, sacrifice. Bigger institutions must do their part but the rest of us can too. I believe this begins with kindness. It could be a smile, letting them cut in line or buying their coffee. Even our fiercest warriors are still quite human off duty which means that a little bit of kindness goes a long way. No matter what challenges they face on their return, kindness is a big step in the right direction. This goes not only for the ones who will be returning but the ones who already have and there are 22 million veterans in the U.S.. This would make every day we are in contact with veterans another Veteran’s Day. This would not elevate them above the rest of us but only insure that they can enjoy a normal life, like the rest of us. This is probably the biggest gift we can give them, that despite their sacrifice they are still an equal member of the American family and the American dream.

I heard the Mayor of Newark, NJ on NPR this summer talking about youth violence in his city. That is close to my heart since I was born in Newark and worked there till I was in my early 20′s. First on Summit Street then on Passaic Avenue next to the Passaic River. I parked next to the river which occasionally believe it or not was on fire. I certainly saw a tremendous amount of crime and youth crime there. Police chases, brazen breaking and robberies, treats of violence and kidnapping, even attempted murder. I might be able to recall 100 incidents. I will never forget when our beautiful receptionist did not come in for work and finding out she was murdered that night. Funny though at the time it seems we all had the wrong impression of violence crimes. It seemed just like another of nonstop business  hurdles that all had to be negotiated. They were sometimes higher huddles then normal but not always.

It seems we of middle age often bring youths to the forefront in the context of problem and youth violence. Youth already have a tremendous amount of power whether we recognize or not. The power of thought, imagination, drive, energy, morality, health, physical ability, teamwork, learning ability, resiliency and much, much more. I do not think older folks like us use that power enough in our lives. Each kid is an individual and that is how every child should be recognized and dealt with. We need to bring individual who happen to be youths in every aspect of our adult’s society. We are not empowering youths we are simply utilizing the power they already have. Their perceptive and their energy would be a boon to any institution or business. Yes they must finish school but school is only part of their education. It is unfair to ask school to be their only get ready for the world education. I think parent who of course are the ones responsible for the majority of their children’s education would welcome their children become more an instrumental forces in shaping our societies. Maybe some official or adults should have youth chaperones according a youths interest. Kids should never do violence or drugs because that ends their individuality but we can’t put youths in a  narrowly defined box according and then blame them for wanting to break of this box and be the individual they are. The last thing we should do is to treat youths only as a single entities or a small group of entities. We might get away with grouping adults togeather but it’s even more counter productive when dealing with youth. Each one is completely unique and that is the only way I believe they should be approached. Some have higher hurdles to overcome like abuse and poverty and some have other  hurdles like drug abuse or mental health issues. The older folks like me must help each individual youth over each and every hurdle they face. Some will need only a lot of help some will need more but it must and should be done. After that is up to them. As every person on earth individual responsibility is the core of all people’s behaviors including youths. It would certainly would help is the rest provide good examples for them as well although none of us are perfect. But one thing kids can do better is they can find hypocrisy and unfairness faster than anyone else. By far the number one problem of child abuse is neglect. Youths do not need to be empowered they are already empowered. We just need to untilize the power better. Not using the power of youths may not be abuse but it would  also not be smart for adults, youths and society either. And who knows maybe us who are no longer in our youth can retire a little bit earlier.

And my message to youth is that you have to know the difference. You have to know the difference between violence and everything else. Feeling like you want to do violence may seem like a small step but this small step is off a cliff which you will may never climb out of. You have to know the difference between what God and Nature made and what man has made. The difference between simulated violence and the real thing. It’s the real thing is what we want to stop. Even if you are involved in other illegal activities already you are still millions of miles away from violence. And getting off drugs has to be one of the easiest ways to fight violence I know. Cause if you are on drugs your identity is disabled and your one of a kind equal identity is what stops you from doing violence whether you have 100 guns or none. Your special identity is only here once however violence will continue long after you are gone. If you get the impression that society condones and accepts unjustified violence then I apologize that you get that impression. But please be assured from now on that the overwhelming number people in all societies on earth do not accept or condone unjustified violence. But you must act on your standards and not the standards of others. Your standard should include Peace, Life, Love, Freedom and Equality. Although it might seems sometimes that money, polices and perceived power over others is the center of the universe it’s not. Peace and principles are. And just you staying alive is helping us win the one real and final war, The War Against Violence.

The New Peace Reality – Don’t Worry, Peace is Coming

I would say the number one defense of unjustified violence is that there is nothing we can do  about. That trying to fight violence is futile and a waste of time. That its  human nature and you can’t change human nature. Maybe some who say these things  are trying to discourage the rest of us not to try to do anything about  violence because they like it this way. But not only is peace possible for  everyone but it’s coming anyway whether you and I believe or not. And in most  of our lifetimes too. What much more often than not is stronger than our primal  instinct for violence is our instinct to survive. A primal instinct of violence  that not only exists in human but millions of other species who are or were on  this planet. The time is close hand if not here already where the two will be  100% diametrically opposed. And for the record the vast amount of people on  this planet 95% plus or more are already peaceful. It mostly a few men with  disabled identities which leads to their bad apple behaviors. Let us not be  completely focused on the victims of violence to a point we lose sight of this  one major source for all human violence, just a small percentage of men between  certain ages. You can rule most of the very young and very old out. But even  including this small group, our will and instinct to survive will beat our  primal and genetic disposition to do violence. If our violence instinct is  stronger than our survival instinct then we are destined to perish as a species  in a relative short period of time. Fortunately however that is not the case.  We needed our violence instinct to survive up to this point and we are very  grateful to have had it. We would not be here now without it. But now after all these years our violence instinct has used up its usefulness. Now we must  jettison it or we won’t survive. And we will do just that very soon. Violence  has put up a good fight to hang on and tried to remain relevant and purposeful  but the truth that violence is no long purposeful or relevant has slowly but  surely took hold over most people. That is because people are smart. Plus we know where it is in case we ever need it again say if aliens ever attack. But  we haven’t found any other life yet out there nonetheless any aliens. People  like Gandhi, Reverend King and John Lennon have build up a mountain of  confidence in peace where our generation is now able to reach out and grab it. So don’t be the last on the peace bus. It’s leaving anyway and it will reach its destination so get yourself a good view from the front of the bus. Yes I know  peace is not getting here fast enough but take heart because it is coming. You  might think I am an idealist but in actuality I am an individualist and a  survivalist. Peace is coming not because I said so but because it is all on its  own.

9/11 – The Horrific Lesson We Still Have Not Learned

If the U.S. or the world did not learn the lesson from as a horrific lesson as 9-11  was then I, like Thomas Jefferson said, “I tremble for my country”.  The next lesson may be even worse. What is the lesson from the 9-11 horror  today, exactly 10 years from that day? That the War on Terror is just a battle  in the real war, The War Against Violence. Even if all the terrorism in the  world stopped there would still be a tremendous amount of violence everywhere.  Even today Secretary Clinton used the “War on Terror” phrase. We  still don’t get it and maybe that why we have not made substantial progress  against violence. We have not started fighting the real war, the final war, the war to end all wars, The War Against Violence. Many people ask what kind of  violence am I fighting. There is only one type of violence, the kind that  kills, maims and destroys. We may classify them by the victims, as well as we  should, like child abuse, domestic violence, elder abuses etc but the source is  the same. A primal instinct for violence that not only exist in human but  millions of other species. But we are human, and to me the meaning of being  human mean we do not have to act like the rest of the animal kingdom and we do  not just have to react on instinct. We have been blessed with a free will which  means we can control our own destiny if we choose too. We need to finally learn  what we should have recognized before on the lesson of 9-11 otherwise, it will  continues, middle aged men getting men who have not yet reached 40 to give up their lives and take other lives for any reason or no reason at all. No one who dies for their country or because of their nationality dies in vain. But we can give the victims of 9-11 maybe the greatest honor of all, a more peaceful world not just for U.S. families but for all families in the world. Because there is no such thing as a family that is not worthy of love and peace.

Libya – This Is Not Democracy

Another day, more  unjustified violence and another unjustified violence cover-up. Libya revolution to bring about democracy. What is happening here is not democracy. It not even close. It’s violence. Unjustified cruel violence of the worst kind. What has happened in Libya this year is an unimaginable tragedy of epic proportions. Thousands of people displaced, thousands killed, rape, assaults, anarchy and more violence. Violence from begging to end and in the middle no doubt hurting the women and children first which violence always does. For what to take one middle age man out of power and put middle aged man into power? This has happened thousands of times before and it has changed nothing. And as usual the young men buy into the middle aged men say and do their bidding since that the only world they ever knew. The only interpretation they have ever been given.  The greatest power of middle aged men is not power over science, space, religion the environment women or even other middle aged men, there greatest power is over men who have not yet reach middle age. Who would go out and die for any old reason that pops into a middle aged man’s head. And I am getting disgusted by other middle aged men in the media praising the revolution as a fight for democracy. It’s Iraq and Afghanistan all over again. The mass media might not have the biggest degree of culpability in these false cover-up but they do carry some blame for perpetuating it. In Libya it was a fight by violence for violence no democracy. You can better the thousands of people in Libya who dies, injured, maimed or assaulted won’t be able to enjoy the democracy when it comes because they lives were destroyed. Don’t get me wrong, we all must have a true democracy it is the only fair system it is one of the most potent anti violence weapons there is. But this path is a democracy killer not democracy maker. Democracies that start with violence have 2 strikes against them already. Even the U.S. which began out of violence was almost destroyed when half the states ripped up the U.S. Constitution brings on a huge civil war and the democracy could not protect indigenous people or end slavery. Who gets the number one blame? Not the one top evil leader but the countries, armies, security and intelligence forces. There should be a worldwide stand down of all armies during protests. Especially a  non democracy armies stand down when not representative democracies. Those way new governments can be formed without a violence gang rolling them over and the rest of the world will decide which is the government that truly represents it people. Violence stops democracy and more often then not democracy stops violence. So is this democracy in Libya? No its a disaster within a catastrophe wrapped in a nightmare.

There is no doubt the economy is hurting in the U.S. which means its 4 times worse for the people in the U.S. Whatever is said about the health of the U.S. economy you could automatically deduct 4 to see how the people are really doing in an actuality. Subtract 4 of anything as a rule of thumb. Percentages, numbers etc. It not scientific of even economic it’s a conventional gauge to see about people are really doing financially. Like a golf handicap, always being four strokes behind in realty. Why is the economy doing bad, no teamwork is the biggest reason. Teamwork from all people in our country or team, not one person leaders or even the leaders ship of the leaders, is the best way to solve any problem. In fact team work will be called upon in modern times to fix much bigger and harder problems than fixing our economy which is very much in our own control. Since in the U.S. I am not really talking about the team work of politicians or business leaders I am talking about the team work of 310 million American people or more. The idea that just a small group of men know better than the accumulated knowledge and experience of all other men, women in the country is laughable. For any one MAMOO man, group or all men in this category try to enforce their ideas, beliefs on any subject against anyone is just aggression. bulling and selfishness in the extreme.

Right now the level of democracy we are using in our government does not seem strong enough some times to do the right things and unfortunately that includes economic issues. With a limited democracy there is nothing to force our representatives to work together with each other and with the public. And with not enough teamwork we are not advancing our economy and it ends up standing still and declining in some areas. A better democracy will fix most of that. Representatives who were first given the Freedom and Democracy baton at the inception of the United States have been passing on but very, very, very, and very slowly. Sometimes having to seize it from what seems like their cold, dead hands.  From non property owner, to people with debt, to African Americas to women, etc, We just don’t want advancement we want accelerated advancement. The group with accelerated advancement will have the lion’s share of the rewards that go with it.  Some other countries are now beating us to the economic punch in advancement and growth with much less tools and resources then the U.S. Not that these other countries economies are perfect, far from it but these that progress are not self destructing of economic issues like we are. If we had the same level of economic team work of some other countries which is still not very high at all we would still win but cause the U.S. has all the first classes assets of economic advancement, from our experience to the diversity of our people. We need accelerated advancement in our economy for our proper defense, quality of life of our people and teach the same techniques to millions more around the world so they can better their own lives  just to name a few reasons.

The last thing we want is government running business. Outside national defense the second biggest talent of government is messing up the economy. That probably because the economic decisions are bases on police reason and not sound business practices. They only business government is their own finances. And the only thing that should include is the thing can be done better by a government team or things no one else wants to do or should. Such as defense and or the U.S. post office and foreign policy. Government role is business is also to level the playing filed. Everyone the government represents of equal member they must make sure the government treated them all equality. For example in individual and personal taxes. Everyone must endure the same amount of pain. Everyone must have an equally sacrifice. $1.00 might be the same amount of pain and sacrifice then 1 million dollars might be for someone else. That’s kind of an extreme situation but that the basic point. Those who don’t pay taxes would mean they cannot endure any more financial sacrifice. Corporate taxes are a different and actually more complex issue. But the American people cannot have their cake and eat it too. They can want wars, big hilarity and low taxes. If they want a small government with small taxes people and business have to behavior in a way this can happen. The more the private sector contributes to people health care, retirement, fair wages etc they leas need would there be for government to take care of these things. But business will tell you and correctly so they it is the purpose of business to take care of the general welfare of all people so they do not have to do it if they don’t want. I completely understand. But it is the government’s job to take care of families and the general welfare of it people so it has to step up if the private section doest. That’s why we don’t want business running governments either. A business is supposed to do what is in its best interest and the government’s job is to do what is in all the people’s interest. It would be a great day if the private sector took care of most of these thing so the government would not but they do not have to because that is not the purpose of business, productively is. However there has been quite a few companies that have made a lot of profits in the 1990′s and the 2000′s. Profits made in the American system. But it not just profits. Sometimes they just can’t spend all the money they are making. I am a little surprised there is not more public pressure on these companies to now invest back in American and hire more people. They are the ones who made the most profits in the last 20 years or so and in some cases, thanks to the U.S. tax laws.

The most important point I also want to make about government and economics is this, right now most of the worlds assets are under MAMOO control and viewed under MAMOO standards. MAMOO means Middle Aged Men Or Older. Less than 1/3 of the world population.  MAMOO is not a pretty acronym but it is very accurate. If any group of them have more power of another group of them we the people we be manipulated in every way imaginable. This is true not only in government and business but any other institutions and groups including, religion. the military, courts etc. We must have equal power in the government to offset he power in private sector. They are both controlled by the same forces. We do not want be manipulated by either side or for any side for that matter and that has and will happen if one or the other has a upper hand and is given more leeway then the other, A lopsided government looks Marxist where they tell you what kind of government you should have and force you to have it to the other side where people are held hostage by monopolies, where their wages, environment, costs and working hours and conditions at the whim of a tiny few people in a company. It’s not the business that would be the problem it would be the people running it. That is why government must be as strong as the private sector. To both check themselves but to keep each other in check. Unless each one is there to push equally against each other we are, the people of a country ones who are going to get pushed over. And another point governments are supposed to be democracies and business are not. So if you want to be stuck in your ideology that favor only one side then you will not be a slave to ideology, you will just be a slave, period. Humans have been given the gift of free will which means we do not have to be slaves to genetics, people the environment or anything else in the universe. How do we know when we are being manipulated? When families are being pitted against each other, that is concrete proof that we are being manipulated.

That why can’t let people for any reason make our government a shadow government breaking it into 50 pieces by giving more power to the states where their actions will be harder to see since it is so divided. It sound very much like divide and conquers government to me. And we can’t let state control turn into the disintegration as a whole where only the private sector rules. Many people are claim the state rights in the U.S. Constitution citing the 10th amendment in to me after reading the 28 words over and over in it seems that they want more state power despite the 10th amendment. It like they are trying to start the American Civil war all over again over the same issues. If they don’t get their way in the Federal Government then they try to get their way in the state government and vice versa. Some people want their way and their is no way around it even of that means twisting the us. Constitution to further their selfish aims. I think the last two word in the 10th amendment says it all “or the people” the 270 men in the federal government can give any the decision to  people of the us any time they want without an amendment since it already exists in the 10th. This would allow people to vote any many times as they want, any nay issue they want and in as many ways they want. You don’t even have to have a new amendment it is already covered in the 10th. Which is this “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” But remember the U.S. Constitution only talk about how the. Government should act not people. I see when the U.S. Constitution make the first group to start point of our democratic freedom but I can find where it say that it’s the end pointing too. The federal Government got the baton first but it seems like they don’t want to hand it off even a little to the people although I believe they legally can as the U.S. Constitution is written right now. My message to federal government is “Pass The Baton” at a faster rate. We are still standing here for the last 220 years or so here waiting for the final hand-off. We the citizens, tax payers, workers, consumers of the economy should be the final watch dogs of business and governments anyway and should have the legal authority to do it.

Money is not a living thing. We care a lot more about it then it does about us. The difference between living thing and a non living one is as wide as the universe and as long as time itself. It’s also not a physical thing it’s an intellectual concept we attach to those things. They are not the physical things themselves, like paper or metal, ink, images or computer bytes etc. Those are their own things. It only works if other people believe and adhere in the concept too. It’s true worth is what it is but wheat it gets other people to do. It’s sort of become a common form of language among all people. But also I believe this may also me a MAMOO invention or concept though middle age 10,000 years ago or so might have been younger.

Why was there the worst economic meltdown in the U.S. since the great depression? Form the congressional report and other articles I have read it sounds like it was the shadow strikes again. All the derivatives trading under the radar, without regulation, an underground economy an out of sight high risk power game with no dealer. Whenever I a see shadow, whether it’s a shadow  business, shadow army, shadow leader, shadow battle , shadow government, shadow justice, shadow anything I immediately start to fear for big, big big, big, really big trouble. And you should too. It’s a way it immoral men that worry me as much as the shadows they cast and who prevents the light from watching them That’s why shadow anything is shadow everything. That how incredibly bad it is. If you underestimate what goes on in the shadow then your overestimate you chances of continued freedom, prosperity and survival.

What I think what is happened in the U.S. economy is a political power struggle not between Democrats and Republicans but a bunch of business people and President Obama. Obama increase consumer protection to consumers during his first years in office. Business not like resaint it hurt their profits and makes more work for them. So what I think might be happening is that they to spite president Obama and try to get someone if the White house who will see things more their way if to not to go out of the way to help the economy and take more risk and high more people. They want it all and if they have to wait a few years to get it no problem. I think they are trying to sway people and the Presidential Election by keeping in some cases a tight lid on hiring. If President Obama gets elected they might then start to loosen up because they figure a laze fare person will be in the white any anyway after President Obama and if a hand off person elected, an Republican hope this person will be in their party, they will not doubt work with them get what restrictions that were laid upon them repealed. This is what I think what might be happening in the U.S. economy a battle of a few men in the private sector vs. one man in the public sector. Bottom line with no teamwork, we are stuck with stunted progress and growth and no accelerated advancement which teamwork brings. The U.S. economy should be sailing past all other economies due to our diversity and ingenuity but without team work we are tripping our own-selves up.

World Democracy – The Devil We Don’t Know

This leader or government there or here might be bad but what replaces it might be even worse, we may not be able to control that. Although they are far from perfect we better stick with what we got now. Better the devil we know instead of the devil we know then the devil we don’t know. We can’t take the chance to push peace to the max and insist on a true democracy. In fact maybe we should give up our free will too just in cases and just let our identities rot.”Why? Because we can’t take the chance.” These words forget one important thing that peaceful people are the good guys and the violence oppressive people are the bad guys. We peaceful people should not be hesitant for one second to push our good principles and fundamental rights and no matter who’s is power are what the situation must always be in over drive. That is what keep our peaceful government or group peaceful and what gets rid of the ones that aren’t. What we cannot take any risk is on violent or oppressive people. How do governments or leader of any groups become oppressive? There is only one way and that is tough violence and that is one of the key reason why we are fighting violence in the first place. Oppression is violence and oppression and the lack of democracy can only be maintained by violence. Violence loving people will never take a chance on peace because they don’t want it so that only leaves the rest of us, the majority, who are peaceful people. Do we want a replacement leader or government to be friendly to our nation? Of course. But the replacement government must it first be friendly to their personal principles and then there will be no barriers between us. Why would he want “friendly relations” between us and a small group of violent and oppressive people no matter who they are or what position they are in? We need to react according to their misdeeds yes in a friendly but also in a very firm manner where there will be no room for doubt on our position. It is not in any countries best interest to give up what is in their best interest which is good principles just for the sake of having warm and fuzzy relations which only benefits the few people on the top of each respective government. I am not say to go to war with any countries who leader has bad principles why would we put a bull in china shop to stop a bull already there. Why should 99.9 percent of the people of a country be punished for the actions a very few middle aged men. They suffer enough under their rule. A few men really don’t “rule” anyway. They might confiscate a country for their own personal beliefs or benefit but t is our good principles that “rule” our behavior and is the real “rule” of all governments. Principles are what created our governments in the first place. A person and a position is temporary our good principles are forever. We all must support the desires for freedom and a democratic push in the world whether in is in Arab world or anyplace else. We might not always know where these groups end up but we sure know where the no democratic and oppressive leaders end up and that is with more death and more destruction. It not if where we can afford to take a chance on peace it’s that we cannot afford not to. For if bad things happen there and violence goes unchecked quite often its next target will be here.

The U.S. Supreme Court – The Greatest Comeback Of All Time?

I often pray. Who do I pray to? The one God of peace.  In a period in my life years ago prayer was almost all I had in my life. In the early 1990′s I was feuding with my father, who was my hero, still grieving my mother who died suddenly years before, My wife and I just moved to a new city, Lexington, Kentucky 750 miles from our old family, my wife was working and I was trying to make my new business work in very tough conditions and times. I used to pray to God to please give strength just to get out of the bed every morning and drive my two young kids to school. Pray to get though the day or just the next hour. I was concerned like I never was before or since about being able to support my young family. But through prayer and having the family I was tries to save, save me, and pull me though it was how I survived. That is why today I can hear the State anthem “My Old Kentucky home” without becoming emotional. It’s the ultimate reminder to me that my family survived. I guess that is big part of my own peace campaign, to help other families and other father make it thought the other side. Today over 20 year later, I have the luxury to pray for other things. One of the things I pray for most in for 5 men who currently sit on the U.S. Supreme Court. I call them the low five. I hate to use ridicule but ridicule is only invented to be used again violence loving people. In modern times I’m not sure ridicule is even being used enough affairs them. To say I have been dismayed by their block voting on violence would be an understatement. They have gone out of the way to protect violence in the United State by legislative in a way that does so from the ruling, Washing D.C. Guns Laws, limited peaceful people ability to reach out to non peaceful peace, by delivering a shot to the head of democracy, a peace accelerator in their Bus vs., Gore decision. The result of their pro violence vote son violence gave President Bush not reason hesitates to do massive unjustified violence. He knew the low five had their back. Peace is the First Principle wheante rin Governing, usical, legiaiv e or encofment siation. Actually Peace is the First principles for everything. The Constitution of the U.S. has the First Principles of Peace all over it. The Declaration for Independence too. U.S. Supreme Court justice have in some way the reuiase job in tghr wolrd. Te can practice Peace, our first moral principle, Peace he first porieort of govemtns and peace, clear the reason for the American arevlatuion and the word of law in the Constitution of the US. One vote by a Supreme Court just can acocmphed all their htis with one vote. It o everyone any everything on the same page instead of created a situation where we forced into difficult and unfair choice, It is a tremendous honor and tremendous service to our country and human kinds. Should any justice odes this make it the tight person there at the right time, But what have the men done. They have twisted the application of the constition uSl , corrupted the U.S. government and spit on our principles by support violence and making sure unjustified violence is fully enforceable under our sacred laws with every vote and turn. It goes to show that education alone does not help in The War Against Violence only education about violence.I t also how that MAMOO rule, Middle Age Man or Order Rule very often doesn’t cut it. You might say that of courses the justice would have a different position on what they did and why other then what I have said. I usably ate hat saying someone is erong, I think a action or principles could be wrong much more than a person is wrong. But isn this e care based on the judge divide both of us cannot be right. And looking at the fundamentals of the decision of these five I have very cofnruealbe with my position which is a position of peace. I am not saying this because I want people to do what I think is good for me, Hey I’m just a middle aged man too, I want them to do what is good for everyone, Based not only thin their standard but everyone standard. Our principles made the Constitution of the U.S. and not the other way around. I can’t even imagine what our principles would look like if we let governments make them. And if our government goes off track it is our principles that are they only thing we have to get it back on track. Even if any constitution is written to protect violence, no justice should allow it anyway. Our common good principles and our fundamental human rights allowed to us by God nature of both. Nothing made by man is on the same high level of what god and nature had made. Only God can make something divine not man. Fortunately in the U.S. no judge will ever have to make that choice or differentiate between the Constitution of the U.S. and our god principles because they predominately align and will be ever more so in the future. It’s not so much the politicization of the courts that worry m most it the victimization that it allows to be condoned. Any judge should be ashamed for letting probably the best human document and instrument of advancement being use as a shield and cover-up of unjustified violence. The exact opposite of its meaning and purpose. When I next time to Washington D.C. I am going outside the Supreme Court and say Peace is the First Principle so put peace first. Of couce I will do this in a peaceful manner. Also if the color of meocary ever become a reality I will cam[aing for a vote national wide and stat by state on setting terms limit to Supreme Court justice to 10 year or so. But today I pray. I pray to God that they men see the huge errors of their ways see the light and change their minds and votes listen to their fmaileis, other families and their identity, and the bison true words, meaning and spirit of the Consiauion of the U.S. and put peace first. It also better to save two souls and losing one and trying the other. But if the Justice won’t or can’t do this at this point I hope they will simply resign. Those are the only two options I pray for. But wait hold on, what this, a ruling against someone drive a car and endarging the public. What? Omigod they got it right. Driving a car is not violence but in the manner before the court driving in this case raised the chance of life threatring just thousands of times. Look what motor vehicles are doing to our society. 2 ton bullets ripping though human flesh and bone of every age and every second of every day. And that with be pursued by police. I am not going to let semantics getting in the way of a good deed. Do you know what Justice Kennedy said in this case? He said “Risk of Violence is inherent in vehicle fight”. The perfect words at a perfect time. I understand there were other legal issues in the case but what take precedence took precedence. Are we possible witnessing the great comeback in the hsorty of comeback? The low five turning to The High five Principles. Only time will tell and in the meantime I will still be praying.

Adoph Hitler and WWII – Our War Is Not Over Yet.

The good guy’s the good principled people won World War II so why is there no world peace yet? Because we did not finish the job. We have to stop not just one act of violence but all acts of violence and all wars. Violence loving people will always find a new home if we let them. That war is over but our war, The War Against Violence is not. I hate to tell you that there are worst people then Adolph Hitler living in the world today. Violent people who are smarter than he was. Who could kill 10 times a many people as he did in one tenth the time. Hitler did not have the smart to be able to manipulated  people. Yes he manipulate German men and their economy but he was not able to manipulate many more. His neighbor of Poland, France and other did not exactly flock to his side. He did not successfully manipulate people he just successfully killed them. I believe that Hitler’s genocide again the Jews was really not the final solution, it was just something he said to convince some people. What is really was I believe was his first solution. His true final solution was the extermination of all people on the planet with the few German people who were not already having violence to them, which was not many, to be the last. When some loses their identity and became a clone of their violence gene there is little chance of turning if off. Especially if you are not receiving justice. Violent people want to destroy the world they just do it step by step so to lower people’s defenses and not blow their cover and real intentions subconsciously or not. To show this, during Hitler’s rein of terror over 7 million Germans their lives. Violent people really don’t care who has violence done to them whether they are on their side or the other side as long as violence is being done. So what was Hitler’s true motivation which turned him to the dark side? I think it was personal revenge. That he was a bitter soldier and veteran on the losing side of a war which he was wounded and he was going to give payback to those who he believed caused him shame and pain of these events. I doubt this is the first time this type of things has happened. And being injured by violence is probably the most traumatic experience some one could have. Sometimes the physical wounds heal a lot fast the the internal wounds resulting from it and in some cases does not heal at all. I think it is quite possible that for Hitler is was all still very much about World War I. I think he used the Jews as one of his cover-ups, it was a violent argument that stuck in the minds of many Germans which was already fertile ground for anti-Semitism. I mean his book “Mein Kampf” sold millions. Not just in German but many other parts of Europe as well. I don’t think that anyone truly believe that after killing Jews that he going to become peaceful. The Americans, British, Chinese, Russians and Africans not doubt were next on his list. His was killing or try to kill others first based on thier nationally in his serive in WWI as a soldier and Corporal. Later he did violence to his own German Govemrnet in a failed violent attack. One interesting and ironic point about Hitler that what finally conquered him face to face in his final hours was love. He could not beat that. He got married to his girlfriend and even wrote his mother in law into his last will and testament shortly after. However I would not recommend his honeymoon to any one which included cyanide and a bullet. I also found it illuminating that Hitler in a way committed suicide twice according to some record that not only did he shoot himself in the temple that inside his mouth there were also chard of glass in it from when hit bit on cyanide  pill. Talk about getting what you deserved. Having to kill yourself not once but twice. Any Hitler wanna be should take pause after reading that. But Hitler violence continued to the end having his new wife kill herself too. Even she could not escape t his violence. The successor to the Third Reich was just as bad too. Soon after Goebbels took over his killed himself with his wife and all of his young, beautiful and innocent children. That all dragged their family down with them just like Osama bin Laden did. There is an important lesson here about violent men, no one is safe. No one. These violence loving robot are gone but as they said in the TV show mach you might have cured a symptom but the disease go one. So we might have won World War II thank God but now we have to finish the job which is to win The War Against Violence before the next Adolf Hitler learns from the old Adolph Hitler’s mistakes.

The Palestinian People – Kill Them With Kindness

I am Jewish and as Maxwell Smart said, “And Loving It”. I am also an American Citizen not a Israeli Citizen but for a short time I wish I was so I can give the Israeli Government my two cents about the Palestinian people conflict. What I would tell them is to spoil the Palestinian people rotten. There are 1.6 million Palestinian people in the Gaza String and another 3 million in the West Bank. Who are they? Mostly women and children of course like any other part of the world. 4.6 Million people is a whole lot of people but it is not a big enough number that Israel and other can improve their lives dramatically in a short amount of time. I would start in the Gaza Strip. 1.6 million doctor appointments, 1.6 million doctor follow ups, 1.6 million refrigerators, 1.6 million microwaves, 1.6 million high def TVs. 1.6 million cell phones, 1.6 million yearly food basics vouchers. 1.6 million basic school books. 1.6 million shoes, shirts and pants,1.6 small jobs, 1.6 million voting booths and maybe a few Xboxes.  If I was Israel I might set up disbursement camps near the border of the Gaza Strip to do this. All this for free. Would it be expensive for Israel? I don’t think so. These things are really not that expensive. The way I see it is while there is stalemate after stalemate between Palestinians and Israel who haven’t fully recognized the importance of teams, why should the Palestinians suffer? And they are suffering tremendously. If there is going to be political stalemate anyway why should they suffer.  Our principles say we should take care of all people anyway where there is a political stalemate of not. If we reach out an help Palestinian families some might be less likely to rely on some violent people in order to just get some fundamental basics. If some Israeli people complain I would just say that the right now the Palestinian people deserve some extreme kindness because they have suffered to long and too hard. That should quiet any descent because Jewish people can definitely relate to that. Is there not dignity for the Palestinians to accept this charity? All I know there is no dignity for us letting any Palestinians people suffer. Palestinians are equal to Israelis ad both of them are equal to any other person in the world living or dead. If we can’t help them we both suffer, if we do help we will both suffer less. If some Palestinians are fervently ideologically opposed to this, well kill them with kindness too. We will spoil them silly too. But it should be kindness with honesty otherwise it would be patronizing, but even if you not 100%  behind you still need to be kind anyway. As the saying goes fake it till you feel it. In the mean time you will be doing the right thing and the doing the right thing will bring the rest of you along. Why be kind to the Palestinian people? Because they are humans that is the only reason you need and its not only the only reason it is also the more important reason as well.

If I was Palestinian right now I would take what I could negotiate with the Israelis right now. At least what they already offered publicly so a Palestinian State could exist today with all universal  rights. This would be a “Phase 1” agreement with both parties agreeing to meet every year to discuss a possible “Phase 2” agreement and so on year after year if they desire. For the moment let Israel keep Jerusalem under Israeli control since all are free to worship there, let them have troops along the Jordanian border and do some land swaps.  What I think is more important for Palestine right now is to establish their independent sovereign state immediately, get the quality of their lives of all their people moving up fast and get real independent infrastructure and real independent commerce flowing.  If I was a Palestinian I would take what I could get now to get this incredible important things moving because they all take a lot of time. I am not telling the Palestinians to give up on all their dreams but to make at least some important ones a reality today.  Let me explain a Jewish perspective from a American Jew, if you’re Jewish and you’re not paranoid living in today’s world, you’re not Jewish. One thing that both sides must do is that same thing any group must do; purge the violent people among them. It does matter who they are your father, son, president, general, religious advisers if they cannot give up their desire and love of violence they will have to take a seat in the back and be denied any authority or responsibilities. As far as President Obama’s Middle East statements, I say good for him. I glad he put this issue in the forefront. The last week has been incredibly educational for me in this conflict and I believe nothing but good will come from it. I know a lot of people were upset by his comments but if understand this correctly he stated public an American position that it held privately for many years. In this case I think that is a pretty shallow difference. And I must say that I have learned that the most of happens in the shadows is some are some of the worst things happening today and thought human history. And one of the last things that should be in the shadows is countries true foreign policy. I think President Reagan in his handling of Central America as well and others have learned this the hard way. I am not sure why it would even be allowed or accepted by the public. Jewish people have so many open wounds that even if you touch them to try to heal or treat them it still hurts.  I think the Palestinian people are not required to recognize Israel and I think Israel is not required to give up a an of land. But what is required of both of them is that they do no violence to each other or themselves. For borders and nations are man-made and people are not. They are made by God or nature or both.
